About ADU Craft Sacramento
An ADU builder working only in the City of Sacramento, with the city's free plans in our toolkit.
Who we are
ADU Craft Sacramento designs, permits and builds accessory dwelling units for homeowners in Sacramento. We are licensed and insured, and one team handles the work from the first lot check to the final inspection.
How we work
- Lot first. Zoning, setbacks and utilities checked before any design.
- Written, itemized price. Design, permits and construction on separate lines.
- One point of contact. The same person from design to move-in.
- Inspections planned. Each stage built to pass the city inspection the first time.
Why only the city?
Because the City and the County of Sacramento run different programs. Staying inside city limits keeps our process simple and our crews close.
